Effie Awards Canada 2023 is now closed for entries

Judging starts in June. Judge Nominations are below.

  • 1st Deadline: February 11, 2023
    ICA Member Fee: $995 Non-ICA Member Fee: $1,495            
  • 2nd Deadline: February 24, 2023
    ICA Member Fee: $1,195 Non-ICA Member Fee: $1,695     
  • 3rd Deadline: March 10, 2023
    ICA Member Fee: $1,495 Non-ICA Member Fee: $1,995     
  • FINAL Deadline: March 24, 2023
    ICA Member Fee: $1,895 Non-ICA Member Fee: $2,395    
  • EXTENDED Final Deadline: March 31, 2023
    ICA Member Fee: $2,395 Non-ICA Member Fee: $2,895

Entry fees are locked in based on the date an entry is submitted.  All materials required to complete an entry must be submitted by the indicated deadline in order to receive the associated rate. 

Deadlines (and their associated fees) do not "close" until 8:00 AM EST on the morning following the date listed.

September 1,  2021 - December 31, 2022

Effie Canada 2022 Finalists & winners whose work ran in this period may submit their work again in the 2023 competition, provided they have additional results to share.  Entries that did not advance in the competition may re-enter without restriction. 2022 Gold Effie Winners can only re-enter a category in which they did not win Gold. Past Gold Sustained Success winners can re-enter the Sustained Success categories after 3 years – Gold winners from 2020 and earlier are eligible. 2022 David vs. Goliath & Challenger Brand Solutions winning brands (Gold/Silver/Bronze) cannot re-enter these categories in 2023.
