Bespoke member-requested surveys are for members looking for Canadian agency industry intelligence that can’t be sourced elsewhere. Perhaps one of the Benchmark surveys above doesn’t ask that specific question or you need one or two data points immediately and cannot wait for the Benchmark survey deployment.
The ICA is a neutral third party that is uniquely positioned to take your questions and optimize them to gather data. This data is then aggregated and delivered to the requestor and the participants. This service provides a priceless opportunity to see how other agencies do things. From holiday hours to onboarding specifics, how new business is handled to what training investments have been made.
All surveys are included with your ICA membership and are confidential.
Benchmark surveys are sent out to the department and main agency contact on file for that specific survey type.
Bespoke surveys are deployed when a member requests a survey. We ask that Bespoke surveys be limited to three to five questions.

We are open to exploring any topic that is relevant to our members. We exercise discretion when asked to explore politically sensitive topics. The ICA reserves the right to amend questions or refuse to conduct a survey on any topic deemed inappropriate.
Agency Intelligence Network surveys are designed to capture intelligence that is not collected by our standard annual surveys.
