A facilitated mentorship and ally program – because “30 minutes of your time” is not enough!
Effective mentorship is being an advocate and sponsor of future talent. It is much more than imparting your journey and history. Great mentorship, the kind that inspires and creates access to executive leadership positions, is about empowering future leaders to be their best and authentic selves. IDEA Advocates is a facilitated mentorship program, where support and coaching are given to both the mentor and the mentee. It is a step by step, guided initiative for the Advertising, Marketing & Communications Agency sector delivered by psychologists, trainers, counsellors and other experts.
